Patients can earn up to $225 and caregivers up to $300.
The study is divided into two parts - Part 1 is a diary phase - patients will participate by phone and caregivers will participate online. Pay is $75 for patients (4 x 15 minute phone calls) and $150 for caregivers (14 day online diary) Some people will be asked to participate in a remote interview (patients via telephone) and caregivers via computer/phone for 2 hours.
