This is a special survey to see if your 7-11 year old child qualifies for a fun In-Person Session on Wednesday October 29th, 2014!
About the In-Person Sessions:
This is a very fun and cool project for Kids (ages 7-11), where they get to test new games, and share their opinions with the staff of a very popular TV show company!
The sessions will be one-on-one (with your child and a member of the staff) at a special testing facility in Manhattan (approximately 10 minutes from Grand Central).
Sessions are 45 minutes.
We will pay your child $75.00 if they are selected and participate!!
Important:
Please keep in mind your child’s ability to participate and enjoy the sessions. We want this to be a positive experience for the children. If your child is especially shy, uncomfortable around others, or might have difficulty sitting and actively participating it might not be a good fit for him/her.
Please be sure to answer all questions as honestly as possible.
There are only a very limited number of slots available so be sure to fill out this survey as soon as possible. We will close this survey when we get the number of participants we need for these sessions.
