Usability Sciences Focus Groups & Website Study: February 20 or 21 AND/OR March 12, 13, or 14

Usability Sciences is currently seeking PATIENTS and CAREGIVERS to participate in several upcoming research studies. Qualified participants can join us for Focus Groups on either February 20th or 21st and/or one-on-one usability sessions on March 12, 13, or 14. There may also be a third project added later in March or early April. All sessions will last approximately 90 minutes and the compensation is $100. Should you meet the initial criteria within this survey, we will contact you to take you through a short series of questions to verify you fit the research requirements. Please note, this pre-screener survey is completely voluntary and should only be filled out if you are interested in the study.
We will contact respondents who pre-qualify in the order in which received. As a reminder, this information will only be used so that we can contact you regarding this particular research study.
